<h3>More Than an Exercise</h3><h3>Despite a sweeping misperception in the West that yoga is something you do for exercise alone, it actually extends well-beyond.  When applied therapeutically using practices tailored for the individual, yoga&#x27;s benefits can be useful for pain, anxiety, digestive issues, and more.  </h3><h3>Evon is our guest speaker and will present educational information and also lead us through some example exercises.  </h3><h3>Come join us!  </h3><h3>This is a no-cost event.  </h3><h3>Please RSVP here on Eventbrite.  </h3><h3>One Request:  We have some participants who are very sensitive to perfumes, essential oils, scented sprays/lotions, and soaps.  Please try to avoid these items on meeting day if possible.  This will help them enjoy the meeting and they really appreciate it!</h3><h3>This talk is educational and is intended for informational purposes only.
