Cultivating over 20 years of experience in the beauty and entertainment industry; Dean has collaborated with fashion designers, film and television directors, actors and other industry leaders. Creating looks ranging from vintage to contemporary to the avant-garde. As a Wella Top Artist and a salon owner in Beverly Hills, CA; Dean has traveled extensively, sharing his unique techniques and business savvy. In his experience he has developed the skills to motivate and direct large numbers of employees as well as participants during hands-on hairdressing workshops.</h3>
