Phoenix Hilaire, formerly known as Ravenna Black is a published author, personal consultant and mindfulness coach. For the past five years, Phoenix has hosted private and intimate events for women around the tri-state area. Full disclosure, this is not the course for someone who already feels as though they embody sensuality. This series was designed with the beginner in mind. This is for you if feel as though you're finally ready to break your celibacy but somehow still feel disconnected. This is for you if you feel as though you don't experience reciprocal or enjoyable intercourse with yourself or others.Feeling refreshed and in alignment with self is a main ingredient for remaining grounded during your journey of exploration and awakening.
