EVENT OVERVIEWWelcome! This is a virtual race event for runners (and walkers!) of all levels, taking place on Saturday June 11, 2022. We have three distances to choose from, and incredible support and community every step fo the way.Registration includes:<ul><li>Personalized Training Plan Made Specifically For You</li><li>Access to Pre-Run group stretch and &quot;Finish Line&quot; Celebration</li><li>OH Coach running with you on race day</li><li>Unlimited Coach Access for questions as you train</li><li>Certificate For Participating</li></ul>EVENT DAY DISTANCE OPTIONS:<ul><li>5K (3.1 miles)</li><li>10K (6.2 miles)</li><li>13K (8.1 miles)</li></ul>RACE DAY SCHEDULE:<ul><li>6:45am (PST): Pre-Race Group Stretch (Zoom)</li><li>7am (PST): Go! (Event begins for all groups)</li><li>10:30am (PST): Post-Event Zoom &quot;Finish Line&quot; Hangout</li></ul>VIRTUAL LOCATION:Given it is a virtual event, everybody has the chance to pick their own location for their run. Some common areas are your neighborhood, a running path/trail in a park or beach, or a nearby town you&#x27;ve always wanted to check out - whatever you want!YOUR TRAINING PLAN and RACE-DAY ZOOM INFO:<ul><li>A survey at checkout will provide Coach Ethan, founder of Optimized Health, with info on your fitness background and race day goals, whether it be simply to finish, or if you have a specific pace goal in mind. You will then receive a custom training plan including all of your training runs and other suggested workouts, plus tips on nutrition and race day logistics.</li></ul><ul><li>Closer to race day, you will receive an email with Zoom info to use for all Event Day activity. to access a pre-run group stretch as well as a post-run Zoom &quot;Finish Line&quot; celebration to debrief, celebrate and get to know the other community members who participated with you.</li></ul><ul><li> Following event day, you will receive an email with your personalized Finisher Certificate for completing your race.</li></ul>MISC:<ul><li>Participants who register within 3 weeks of race day may not be eligible to receive a training plan, and participants who plan to solely walk will not receive a training plan.</li></ul><ul><li>Participants who register and need to refund their order may not be able to have the Eventbrite transaction/registration fee refunded.</li></ul><ul><li>For more information on Optimized Health, visit: www.OptimizedHealthCoaching.com</li></ul>
