A Reason to Party is excited to bring FEVER: A House Music Odyssey, featuring the fabulous disco house diva ALEXIS TUCCI to Washington, DC on Saturday, March 19th from 9pm-3am at Karma! Join us on the journey, on the eve of Springtime, and dance the house down all night long.While this is a general public event (all are welcome!) it is also a double-whammy birthday special for Hunter McKinney &amp; Brian Jessup! The birthday boys are proud to be partnered with A Reason to Party for this event, where proceeds from all ticket sales will go to SMYAL (Supporting and Mentoring Youth Advocates and Leaders)!SMYAL "supports and empowers lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and questioning (LGBTQ) youth in the Washington, DC, metropolitan region. Through youth leadership, SMYAL creates opportunities for LGBTQ youth to build self-confidence, develop critical life skills, and engage their peers and community through service and advocacy."About DJ Alexis Tucci:"With a lifetime of vinyl djing under her belt and a fast paced traveling career on the rise digitally, Alexis is rocking crowds all over the globe with her deep driving disco house, tribal afro house and intricately woven deep tech house. Given proper length to play, she is known to drop tempos, drift into break beats and explore tribal, afro-cuban rhythms in her sets. A story teller thru and thru."Alexis is a regular on the stages of Burning Man, can be found frequently igniting the dance floors of Fire Island, and recently established a Sunday discotheque residency at Heart WeHo.
