A guided breathwork session centered on transitioning us from the stillness of winter to allow space for renewal & growth.

As spring approaches, it brings with it a sudden burst of life-giving energy fueled by change. By using the power of the breath to ground ourselves in the now, we can support our minds &amp; bodies with navigating through this transition from a more centered and intentional space.What you will need•	A good internet connection•	A quiet space where you won&#x27;t be disturbed•	A yoga mat, blanket and small pillow (blindfolds are optional) •	Notebook &amp; pen•	Herbal tea or CocoaDATE: March 14TIME: 16:00 -17.30 CETLOCATION: Google MeetTICKETS: €7 €4 low income(Limited spots available)The breathwork session will be guided by Jordanka Waiyaki who is a certified Healing Breathwork Facilitator and Holistic Coach. Breathwork can improve mental and physical health in several ways. Some benefits include stress relief, heightened awareness, blood pressure regulation, release of trauma, processing of grief, increased self-esteem and feelings of connection towards the rest of the world.
