Scuppernong Books

The April NCWN Greater Greensboro monthly gathering is an informal kick-off to the NCWN Spring Conference the next day. Prompt Party is an interactive evening of improvisation and fun for writers. Working off a shared prompt, the sorting hat will group writers together to develop a short play or scene. Groups will then &quot;perform&quot; the created pieces. Local writers will facilitate, including Steve Mitchell (Scuppernong Books and Scuppernong Editions), Audrey Smith ( producer at WUNC&#x27;s Embodied podcast), and writer <a href="https://krystalasmith.com/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Krystal Smith. </a>Prompt Parties are loads of creative fun. Writers get to collaborate, create and perform new work — and all in the space of two fast-paced hours! As space is limited, registration is required.
