A team of executive women - who are passionate about helping the next generation of women leaders – have come together to facilitate a two-day retreat and champion aspiring women leaders who wish to further build their leadership skills. This retreat is about immersive, hands-on and conversational learning. Through a series of workshops, executive coaching, and other interactive activities, a diverse group of attendees work together to improve their skill sets as leaders. Guaranteed participants will return with improved skills, and the ability to put them to work immediately.
