Spring has Sprung and so will your tastebuds at our latest Chef-hosted Food &amp; Wine Pairing Event at the Winery. Eat, drink and be Appy!

Enjoy an evening of delectable appetizers passionately paired with wines from Chef Alicia Shevetone of DINK Cuisine &amp; Vegas Valley Winery.You will enjoy a Chef-hosted experience in the cozy &amp; romantic setting of the Vegas Valley Winery Tasting Room. The Tasting Menu:<ul><li>Chesapeake Cheddar Biscuits – baked cheesy, fluffy rolls spiced with seafood seasoning, bathed in seasoned butter and chives.</li><li>Italian Nuggets – bite-sized chicken seasoned with basil and oregano, sautéed in olive oil and served with a spicy Calabrian marinara.</li><li>Roasted Grape &amp; Farro Salad – roasted red grapes, shallots, and mushrooms with farro in a lemon vinaigrette, topped with chopped pistachios and chèvre.</li></ul>This event is the perfect precursor to dinner or to linger after for Live Music &amp; pizza in the Tasting Room.
