The Boulder Mountainbike Alliance's mission is to serve as a positive voice for mountain biking in Boulder County, Colorado by improving the trail experience for all users through social rides and events, advocacy, and trail building. BMA offers women's mountain bike skills clinics for all level. Whether you are just starting out or wanting to hone your skills with a group of supportive ladies, we have you covered!

CLINIC DESCRIPTIONThis women&#x27;s only 2 evening clinic at Valmont Bike Park will focus on the fundamentals such as cornering at high and low speed, wheel lifts while climbing, and body positioning for technical descents. We&#x27;ll then apply the fundamentals to tackle bigger enduro -style obstacles like the 3&#x27; drop on the medium slopestyle line.WHO IS THIS CLINIC FOR?This clinic is for women who have been mountain biking for at least a season and are ready to take their riding to the next level. Riders should be comfortable at a trail area like Betasso or North Table Mountain and want to advance to the Hall Rock Garden or Floyd Hill with confidence.Maximum 15 students. No matter how you ride your bike, you&#x27;re about to ride it better!WHERE/WHENTuesday April 26 &amp; Wednesday April 27 from 5:30-7:30Rain dates: Tuesday May 17 &amp; Wednesday May 18 from 5:30-7:30Meeting Spot: Valmont Bike Park (park in the lot near the Dog Park, and meet near the picnic pavilion structure)Start Time: 5:30 pm (please be there at 5:15 pm to allow ample prep time)IMPORTANT INFO<ul><li>All participants MUST wear a helmet. Gloves and additional padding is encouraged.</li><li>Please bring water, and weather appropriate clothing.
