Jazzville brings Margo Rey to Palm Springs on Cinco de Mayo with a 6-piece All-Star Latin Jazz Combo!Margo&#x27;s show will embrace her roots as an accomplished Latin jazz musician, presenting a modern American and Latin American songbook reimagined for the times.Performed in English and Spanish, and arranged by multi-Grammy-winning pianist, Oscar Hernandez (Spanish Harlem Orchestra) who will be her pianist and musical director at Jazzville.Fans of Nora Jones and Sade have much to celebrate because Margo&#x27;s rich and sensual voice evokes these figures, but in Rey’s case, her phrasing adds a personal and modern twist.Born in Acapulco, Mexico, Margo&#x27;s mother was a flamenco dancer and her father was one of Acapulco&#x27;s famous cliff divers. Raised in Dallas, she toured Nationally with a girl group, sang in &quot;Selena Forever&quot; off Broadway, then moved to Los Angeles where she enjoys a busy acting and singing career. Jazzville at the Cascade Lounge offers state-of-the-art sound and lighting with pristine acoustics and plush seating.Things to know before you go:• Must be 21 or over.• Doors open at 6pm with a 7pm showtime.• No refunds except for COVID-related shutdown.• Free covered parking in attached garage.We cannot take cash at the door (casino policy).
