National Freelance Business week (#FBW) embraces the local freelance ethos of each city it is hosted in and we’re excited that it’s coming to Washington, DC Metro in 2022!  Our Inaugural #FBWDC event kicks off 4/18 and goes through 4/21. Please join us!

<p>Join us in celebrating National Freelance Business Week. Our inaugural event in the DMV begins with the #FBWDC Kickoff! Following a welcome and remarks from Dr. Unique Morris-Hughes, the Director of the District of Columbia Department of Employment Services (DOES), our panel of local experts will discuss the state of freelancing and independent work, the different pathways to getting there and what the future of work will look like.  </p><p>Lunch will be provided after the panel. Stay following lunch for our Open House that will include a place to co-work, snacks and networking opportunities. Free professional headshots will be offered*.
