Being a parent or caretaker of a teenager going through eating disorder recovery is challenging. There is a lot of uncertainty around what to do, what’s “right” and how to support your adolescent as they navigate their relationship with food. Maybe you blame yourself and are experiencing shame and guilt. Maybe you feel lost and alone in this. We want to help! Join us for a 1.5hr virtual workshop where we’ll address questions we commonly receive from parents and caregivers: <ul><li>What is an eating disorder?
