Hiring Session

This is for newly hired part-time/student employees.

• Prior to your hiring session, you will be receiving an email from employment.authorizations@universityofcalifornia.edu. This email will prompt you to begin the employment verification process (I-9). Please complete section one of the I-9 process before your hiring session.
• On the day of your hiring session, please be sure to bring proof of eligibility for employment for verification. Only original documents are accepted. No photocopies, screenshots, or photos are permitted. PLEASE ENSURE YOU BRING YOU I-9 DOCUMENTS WITH YOU. We are unable to complete your hiring without them and will be asked to re-schedule. • You will receive an additional email from DocuSign with your hiring packet that should be completed before attending your in-person hiring session. Be prepared to complete all documents, this includes having the following info read: position/title, start date, UCLA ID (if applicable), and SSN (for payroll purposes).
• Location: 2131 John Wooden center, Los Angeles, CA 90095. Please check-in at the window on the second floor.
• Please Note: The process could take about 30 minutes to an hour, we recommend that you arrive early so that you may be processed quicker.
