Baptist MD Anderson Head and Neck Cancer Support Group

At this time registration is open to Baptist MD Anderson patients only.

Have you been diagnosed with head and neck cancer and feeling a little overwhelmed? This group is designed to provide you with physical, mental, and emotional support to manage you head and neck cancer symptoms and the feelings associated with your diagnosis. You will meet others in similar circumstances, have a chance to share your thoughts and feelings and learn new ways to cope.

BMDA support groups are meant to be a safe place for individuals to talk about their thoughts and feelings regarding their cancer experience. This is to allow each person to feel respected and protected while being part of the group. Group participants should expect to uphold each other’s privacy, share the group time amongst each other, and listen supportively with respect for one another’s differences.
