This 90 minute interactive workshop features Charley Cropley, N.D. and bears the wisdom and experience of 45 years serving many thousand patient-students. 


We will investigate two questions: 


“What is your relationship with illness?”

“What is your relationship with your body?” 


This will be a participatory, fully embodied experiential investigation employing breathing, self-reflection, meditative movement, and authentic dialogue. 


You will learn: 


The physiologic and metabolic mechanisms by which our behavior creates illness.

How to care for fever &amp; inflammation. 

To awaken your innate passion and wisdom to heal.Philosophy and practical skills that strengthen natural immunity. 

 Be the medicine. Live the medicine.

Transform your relationship with Covid and your body. 

Deepen your understanding and strengthen your passion to care for yourself and your family. 

This a participatory, fully embodied experiential investigation of two questions. “Is illness wise?” and “How do you relate with our body?” 

Our dialogue will be interwoven with breathing, self-reflection, meditative movement, and authentic dialogue. We will remain present, alive, and curious.ABOUT DR. CROPLEY:
Dr. Cropley is a respected Naturopathic Physician-Teacher with 45 years of clinical experience; more than 50,000 patient visits. He has been practicing as a Naturopathic doctor-teacher and is a thought leader and pioneer of Naturopathic Behavioral Medicine. 

Nourish: Naturopathic Healing Arts is a virtual naturopathic medical clinic, led by Dr. Cropley, specializing in training individuals, doctors and holistic practitioners how to heal illness through four primary behaviours.
