We introduce you to the ideas, people and opportunities that build better companies. Technical.ly is a news organization that serves our community of tech professionals, including entrepreneurs, technologists and other company and ecosystem builders. Once a year we bring together hundreds of entrepreneurs, business leaders, HR pros, and corporate innovation executives for a day of experience, engagement and activation. Introduced is proudly part of <a href="https://2022.phillytechweek.com/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Philly Tech Week Presented by Comcast</a>.Due to ongoing COVID-19 precautions, space is limited, and we do expect to sell out. This year, Introduced will look very different. First, pre-recorded sessions on building and growing a team will be included with registration and released before the conference kicks off. Come with plans to discuss with peers and experts your biggest challenges. The afternoon is immersive and focused on unblocking you from whatever team growing and company building challenges you have right now. The mastermind sessions will be used to discuss your and other attendees current, real-world challenges. <h3>Timothy Durbin - Associate, Executive Compensation, Morgan, Lewis &amp; Bockius LLP</h3>Timothy Durbin advises public and private companies on a wide variety of executive compensation and employee benefits matters, both in ensuring compliance in the ordinary course of business and when engaging in corporate transactions, including M&A, spinoffs, initial public offerings, joint ventures, and restructurings. He regularly assists private equity clients with the negotiation of equity and cash-based compensation packages for executives of portfolio companies and advises public companies on compensation-related public disclosure rules, including drafting and reviewing their public filings.Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Timothy was an associate in the executive compensation practice group of a New York-based international law firm . Everett Reiss has approached external recruiting differently for years under his JANE.hr brand. <h3>Shana Savage - Executive Director of I.T. Apprenticeships, School District of Philadelphia, Urban Technology Project</h3>Shana’s passion for youth development, community service and workforce development has evolved into a rewarding career in the non-profit sector. For 20 years Shana has successfully managed workforce development programs for opportunity youth and college students, led volunteer and after school programs, facilitated career-readiness training, and built collaborative partnerships across sectors. In addition to five years of experience in government relations where she focused on education reform and constituent services. Shana is committed to providing underrepresented individuals with the training and experience needed to build careers that provide economic stability and mobility. As the Executive Director of the Urban Technology Project, Shana is responsible for preparing and developing the skills of nearly 75 apprentices for careers in tech.Breakout Session Topic: "Finding Diverse Tech Talent in Philadelphia" This talk is for employers who find it difficult to identify diverse tech talent, locally. The Urban Technology Project can help you find untapped talent to meet your hiring needs. Leverage the power of apprenticeships to source, hire and train your workforce for you to develop from within. In an industry were we the labor market is tight and turnover is high, learn about how your investment in an apprentices can result in a 92% retention rate.

<h3>Jacquie Spratlan - Executive Director, Learning Engagement</h3>Jacquie comes to us from Comcast NBCUniversal, where she spent the last 10 years in leadership roles in Human Resources and Talent Management, most recently as the ULearn’s Learning Engagement Lead and previously as Executive Director of HR for the Product &amp; Technology Organization. Before Comcast, Jacquie served as a Senior HR Business Partner for Computer Sciences Corporation (now DXC Technology), a global IT and business process outsourcing and software development firm, where she spent 10 years in several HR business partners leadership roles. Earlier in life, Jacquie held a career as a professional ballerina, where she performed for nine years with the Cincinnati Ballet. She graduated cum laude and received her BFA on scholarship from the University of Cincinnati, College Conservatory of Music (CCM).
