Wings Over Water Northwest is an all volunteer, non profit, tax-exempt organization. Our mission is to promote conservation, education and stewardship of the birds and their habitat in the Pacific Northwest as well as encourage ecotourism to support the economy. Wings Over Water, Northwest Birding Festival is one of the ways we provide education, while also providing the opportunity to bring significant economic benefits to this rich and pristine area. <p>Paul Bannick, award-winning wildlife photographer will focus on how to photograph wildlife, particularly birds, in the field. He covers everything from how to find and approach your subject to how to capture the photos that you imagine. He covers compositional guides, depth of field, shutter speed, exposure compensation the use of flash, shooting modes, and even the selection of equipment, Paul will help bring each student’s photography to the next level. No need to bring equipment.</p><p>Class size is limited. Preregistration is strongly recommended online through Eventbrite at wingsoverwaterbirdingfestival.com.</p>
