Class Descriptions:Staffing 101: Hire and retain great staff! You don’t have to do this alone. Your staff is the key to your success, but the wrong person can also ruin your business. In this session, we’ll tell you our key methods to finding and hiring the right people.Budgeting 101: Not sure how you’re going to profit with all star? It’s not impossible! In fact, you can have a profitable program without price gauging your gym families as long as you have a solid budget and you’re sticking to it. In this class, we’ll teach you how to budget for your season as well as provide you with the templates we use in our gyms!Birthday parties: You’ve tried these before and they’re SO MUCH WORK for so little profit? Don’t stress. We’ve got the solution to bringing in extra revenue on the weekends without destroying your gym (and we’ll walk you through our suggested pricing models, party layout and staffing!)Boys’ Programming: Not sure your gym is attracting all genders? We can help! There are some great ways to get boys involved in your gym, and during this class, we’ll tell you how to grow your membership by attracting all kids!Private Lessons: These can either add a little bit of profit or a lot of profit for a gym. If you’re running a private lesson program right now that isn’t quite taking off, we can help! Our gyms run between 30-50 private lessons per week (and ALL of them are profitable). We can help you double your private lesson income this year.Time Management 101: You don’t have to spend 80 hours in your gym each week just to be profitable. YOU ARE NOT FREE LABOR. In fact, if you’re running your gym like this, you’re probably exhausted at the idea of growth. During this class, we’ll teach you how to effectively manage your time so you can do the things you love to do in life, grow your income and earn your freedom.
