<h3>Aligned Sound Bath Practitioner Certification/Training - Level 1</h3><p>Our two days together will have many opportunities to learn and practice how to facilitate a meditative spaces with sound. The Aligned Sound Bath is focused on creating safe spaces through sound and meditation, allowing your students and clients to align and realign to their being. <em><strong>This is about tuning into the space within using sound as a guide.</strong></em> Sound is a powerful meditation tool for others to cultivate a deep connection to the self. </p><p></p><h3>Together We Will Explore, Learn &amp; Practice:</h3><ul><li>The impact of meditation on the body </li><li>Meditation techniques - how to share these practices with others </li><li>Basic music theory - how to use sounds and musicality to ease the body into a meditative state </li><li>Overview of instruments used in sound healing - bowls, gongs, chimes</li><li>How to play quartz crystal singing bowls </li><li>Basic gong playing techniques </li><li>Creating a safe place for exploration </li><li>The arc of a soundbath - bringing participants in and out of the experience</li><li>How to pair bowls together for harmonic, beautiful sound baths - how and where to buy bowls </li><li>How to create a safe space for others to receive sound - private and group settings </li></ul><ul></ul><h3>Training Schedule Overview </h3><ul><li><strong>Saturday November 5th</strong>: 7pm-9pm Opening circle and sound bath experience with Bella </li><li><strong>Sunday November 6th</strong>: 9am-7pm (one-hour lunch break)</li><li><strong>Monday November 7th</strong>: 9am-5pm (one-hour lunch break), 6:30pm-9pm Graduation Class &amp; Celebration </li></ul><p>This training is filled with content and opportunities to practice. By the end of this training, you will be able to facilitate meditative experiences using sound for yourself and for others. Feel confident creating safe, inclusive spaces for others to explore and connect in meditation. </p><p><strong>Graduation Class</strong>: we'll wrap our weekend immersion by hosting a celebratory graduation class experience led by the group. You will have an opportunity to play various instruments for invited family and friends, culminating with passing out your Level 1 Sound Bath Facilitator certificates of completion!</p><p><strong></strong></p><h3>The Space </h3><p>Our time together will be spent in a beautiful private residence in Cathedral City. Our training will primarily take place outdoors. <h1>Meet Bella </h1><p>Isabella is a sound bath facilitator, educator, and yoga teacher in Los Angeles focused on creating experiences for individuals to connect to themselves and one another. She deeply believes in the power of meditation and yoga to cultivate a healthy dialogue with the inner being, tuning inward to connect with the mind, soul and body.
</p><p>Leaning on 16 years of experience in K-12 education as a teacher, and administrator, coaching adult learners, she creates a safe space for individuals from all walks of life to explore and align to their truest, most beautiful self. She facilitates learning spaces for individuals to dive into the practice of meditation and facilitating sound baths for others.
