I'm a personal development and emotional intelligence coach in the Washington, D.C. area who helps you overcome your inner critics and move past impostor syndrome so you can feel confident in work and life again. I do this through a holistic, integral approach taking into account all parts of your mind, body, and spirit.I've been a student of Tarot for the past two years and see it as a critical and nourishing tool for building self-introspection, self-knowledge, and self-trust.

It's powerful work, healing to your mind and soul, that will allow you to begin to move forward with compassion and tenderness towards your desires.
