Any questions before registration: surayasusana@gmail.com Join us for this 3 day/3 night immersive experience with nature to enhance wellness for health care providers, artists or creative beings. And anyone who is looking to recharge and refuel to be more fully present and alive. We will cultivate our connection to the natural world and to the elements of Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Space. Through various practices we will be supported to feel our aliveness, process and transform challenges, and gain more presence.We will learn to integrate and apply trauma-informed creative arts practices, transpersonal and ecopsychology-inspired tools to our clinical work with clients. Through experiencing our own grief- and growth work, we can facilitate and be present to the growth and grief work of others (clients or loved-ones).This soul-rejuvenating workshop will include experiential arts activities, ritual, writing, meditation, yoga, breathwork and ample time in nature. All these practices are resourcing to support us to be with the challenges of life, enhance our resiliency and feel the magic of our aliveness. As we nourish ourselves, we will also engage in deep resourcing practices that can serve our work with clients and give space for our own emotional life while cultivating joy, play and deep connection with self and others. CEs available for MFT&#x27;s, LCSW&#x27;s, RN&#x27;s and psychologists. (Fee TBA). “Live/In-person workshop”. Food and Lodging provided. Inclusive for all. Accommodations are all part of one large home and therefore we have minimal private rooms. The single rooms are comfortably set up with a queen or king size bed. If you have a friend or partner with whom you wish to share a room we do have the pricing per person to share a private room. Shared accommodation is mostly in a large dorm and a small deck adjacent with partitions between spaces for those who wish that. ALL participants will share bathrooms and showers. What meals are included? All meals are included in your fee. We will have organic, vegetarian, gluten free meals made with so much care and attention by our chefs. If you need anything additional for your comfort and nourishment you can bring it in a cooler. We will also provide teas and fruit during breaks. We will begin our meals with dinner on Friday and end with breakfast on Monday.Cancellation Policy: Once you register there are no cancellations except for emergencies minus $150 admin fee. We include illness with a doctor&#x27;s note, family death, or a positive Covid test. For all others, for cancellations until April 1, 2022. We can apply the funds for a future workshop. What COVID precautions will you have? Before anything else we are asking for an honor system where each participant is committed to their own health and that of our group. If you were in contact with Covid positive folks or have had symptoms on the week of the workshop please let us know and stay home. We are also asking all participants to take a Covid test on the morning of our workshop.What is our location like? Our main location is at a beautiful cozy home and land in the area of Penn Valley where there is plenty of space to walk on the grounds and a wonderful view of the land. We will have many of our sessions outdoors and there is a small pool to get refreshed. We are about 20 minutes from downtown Nevada City and Grass Valley, and a 5-10 minute drive from the South Yuba bridge parking lot to the Yuba.What to bring ?A journal, art materials and good spirits. Art materials will be provided.
