FREE legal services for small businesses, creatives, non-profits, and cooperatives.

Lawyer Referral Service of Central Texas will provide a FREE legal clinic for small businesses, entertainment and creatives, cooperatives, and non-profits in the Austin metro area. Volunteer attorneys will be available for one-on-one 15-minute consultation sessions covering topics including, entity formation, general liability, contracts, employment procedures, negotiations, patents and trademarks, artists, and non-profits. The clinic is first-come, first-serve. Please have your questions prepared beforehand. Participants can log into Zoom at 4:45 p.m. If you are unable to meet with an attorney, you will be referred to one. <a href="https://www.eventbrite.com/o/city-of-austin-small-business-program-17077434061" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Check out other sessions</a> offered by the Economic Development Department in celebration of Austin Small Business Week.The City of Austin is committed to compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act.
