FREE information session for future homebuyers! This event will be held in conjunction with the Nia Festival at Pittsburgh Yards. Participants will learn:- What is a community land trust (CLT)? - How is a CLT different from traditional home ownership?- How do CLTs assist non-traditional or low-income buyers?- How can I buy a home on the Atlanta BeltLine?
