Come out and learn everything you need in one day. From childbirth education to how to survive your postpartum period. Plus learn about some meal planning and at the end of the class you will get some amazing BONUS materials!(Light breakfast and lunch is included)SCHEDULE:<ul><li>9:00AM: Coffee and social</li></ul>Come and enjoy some social before the classes! We will have coffee, provided by 'Peake Coffee, and light breakfast snack options.(Bagels, fruit, yogurt and hard boiled eggs)<ul><li>9:30 AM: Childbirth Education with Maika</li></ul>Come and learn everything you need about Childbirth Education, to get you ready for the big day!Way too often families don’t get the birth experience they were looking for because they weren't informed of their options or how to overcome obstacles that occur. Or they might have felt shamed into making decisions that they didn’t really want. You are allowed to envision and plan for and have the birth you want.Maika’s childbirth education class dives into the many facets of the birth process, so you can feel informed and empowered to have the birth you want.<ul><li>12:00 PM LUNCH</li></ul>We will be providing Jason's Deli.((Be on the look out for an email requesting your order from juniperhouseVA@gmail.com))<ul><li>1:30 PM: Preparing for Postpartum</li></ul>Everyone prepares for the birth, but what about postpartum? In this class with Tina, you will learn about the postpartum period and all the changes that come along with it. As well as newborn care, feeding techniques (breast/bottle/pumping). You will feel better prepared for the Postpartum Period. 4:30 PM Additional Add-On Prenatal Yoga (PRE-REGISTRATION REQUIRED)After a long day of learning, the best relaxing thing to do is Prenatal Yoga. And yes your partner can join! Dani, our Yoga instructor is amazing working with all stages of life. Early Bird: $18/per person (register by 3/3/22)
