The Crossing at East Cut is an interactive community destination for all ages, located at 200 Folsom St in The East Cut. The newly activated outdoor destination has delivered much needed benefits to the neighborhood and beyond while contributing to the reopening of downtown San Francisco with  a family-friendly beer garden managed by Monarch Beverage Catering, food trucks, pickleball courts, and soccer fields installed by partner Street Soccer USA.Led by East Cut Landing Partners –  a Public Benefit LLC comprised of The East Cut Community Benefit District (East Cut CBD), Nestory Park, Real Active and Street Soccer USA – The Crossing’s thoughtfully curated programming is designed to celebrate community, promote active wellness, and deliver a dynamic spectrum of entertainment experiences.

Learn Bachata Dance and Vibe to Latin Beats at The Crossing in East Cut, San Francisco's Newest Outdoor Community Destination

On Friday, February 18th, grab your dancing shoes and head down to <a href="https://www.eastcutcrossing.com/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">The Crossing</a>, San Francisco&#x27;s newest outdoor community destination in East Cut, for a tutorial in Bachata Dance and Latin Beats in the Beer Garden. The dance tutorial will begin at 6 p.m., where guests can learn bachata dance moves from the Dominican Republic. The class, hosted by <a href="https://inessencedance.com/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Inessence Dance Compan</a>y directors Bryon Stroud and Sammantha Arias, will highlight bachata musicality and body movement, focusing on both footwork and partner work. Following the Bachata tutorial, The Crossing will continue the evening with Latin Beats in the spacious outdoor Beer Garden, played from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Both events are free-of-charge and guest are encouraged to RSVP via Eventbrite.
