Goal setting has felt like a luxury as businesses worked to react to the urgencies of the pandemic. Almost 2 years into COVID, we are facing a very different new normal which is why its important for business owners to reevaluate business goals, define progress, and set intentions for the year ahead. Everyone has some ability to think futuristically, but there is an art to goal setting. Setting strategic goals (and sticking to your plans) can impact productivity, lessen feelings of languishment, and help to keep one from becoming overwhelmed. In this course, you’ll take a deep dive into the art of goal setting and learn about strategies that will empower you to meet the goals you set.
