We will meet in The Big Chill’s (formerly named The Hub) main green space and Aly Gray will lead us through a 60 minute workout using 1 resistance band! Aly proudly owns Aly Gray Fitness and provides personal training and group fitness classes for members all over the US. She'll be leading you through a full body workout that’ll improve strength and cardio endurance using her signature resistance bands.Get ready to experience a mix of cardio HIIT, booty work, upper body resistance training and core conditioning - plus good vibes from start to finish! This workout is open to everyone and scalable for all fitness levels.What to bring: Workout mat or large beach towel. If you have an elastic resistance band, feel free to bring your own, otherwise, Aly has you covered. Plan to be at The Big Chill by 9:20 and we will kick off the class at 9:30. 1 hr class. $25.
