Oakland Peace Center

Join singer, song-healer and community-builder Lisa Forkish for this invigorating and restorative singing workshop. Our time together will include:<ul><li>Harmony Singing: life-affirming songs, improvisation and circle singing</li></ul><ul><li>Embodiment Practices: free movement, stretching and breath-work</li></ul>All are welcome! No prior singing experience required. All songs will be taught by ear. COVID SAFETY MEASURES:All singers must show proof of vaccination AND booster. All singers must wear N95 or KN95 masks. We will be in a large room with high ceilings and open doors.Letʻs sing!
