This workshop will take place virtually via zoom, starting at 9am and ending at 2pm. Our 4 featured sessions are: How to Craft Strategic Proposals (with Becca Tatum)<ul><li>9 – 10:30 am 	</li></ul>Ensure that your funding goals complement foundation, corporate and government funder priorities. Identify how your work supports community need, and craft a strong, clear &#x27;ask&#x27;.Build a Strong Needs-Based Proposal (with Paul Adams)<ul><li>10:30 am – noon 	</li></ul>Learn the core fundamentals to paint the financial picture of your need. This session covers how to deal with multiple revenue streams and create funder-friendly budgets, narratives, and reports. Noon-12:45 pm 	Lunch break Tracking Income and Expenses (with Paul Adams)<ul><li>12:45 – 1:15 pm 	 </li></ul>Learn how to effectively and easily track and report a funder’s investment in your organization throughout the grant life cycle. Improve Efficiency to Generate More Grant Proposals (with Teresa Hogue)<ul><li>1:15 – 1:45 pm </li></ul>Building a library of resources required for grant proposals will save time and ensure you have all the information required by most funders at your fingertips! 1:45 – 2 pm 	Questions, comments, and wrap up. **Scholarships are available for this workshop!
