In my book "I Am: A Poetic Ensemble", I discuss some of the traumatic experiences I have encountered throughout my life... Many of which led to me being hospitalized, attempting suicide, and other unfortunate side effects of trauma that countless people experience on a daily basis.Join me in this virtual workshop where we will tackle various solutions to the symptoms that may be holding you back from your future because of your past.Have you ever found yourself asking, "Lord, why is this happening to me?"...If so then this workshop is for you!The key to this workshop is to educate participants about trauma in its various forms and discover options to begin the process of healing.There is no type of traumatic event too great or too small. We all have different experiences and react to each one differently. We are all valid in what we feel and many of the ways our bodies respond to trauma are perfectly normal; even manageable.You deserve to live your best life and be healed despite what happened to you. This is a safe place to begin the process but it's up to YOU to make the 1st step &amp; SHOW UP!Everyone in attendance receives a FREE HAND OUT to continue on your healing journey!Attendees will also be able to participate in an EXCITING GIVEAWAY upon completing the workshop!This event will be held on ZOOM.
