Join Health Coaches Shawn Mack and Ashley Rutledge for a workshop focused on defining what exactly healthy eating is.

<p>There is so much information around what constitutes "healthy" and it can be overwhelming to sift through it all. This workshop will cut through the noise and teach basic nutrition science to deepen your understanding of what your body needs and why. We'll cover the major food groups and the benefits of eating locally. You'll learn about ultra-processed and processed foods, how to read nutrition labels, and how to spot misleading nutrition buzzwords used in marketing foods. There will be guided exercises to help you connect to your body along with small group discussions to allow you to process the information and discover how it applies to your life.</p>
