Embracing digital technologies for efficient contract management in construction projects

One of the key areas that have been a priority in the construction industry’s change agenda is contract management. In this digital transformation era, new technologies are increasingly recognised as efficient tools to facilitate contract administration and enhance contractual risk allocation and management. Blockchain and Smart Contracts are some of the concepts implemented by other industries for automated, transparent, and traceable management of contractual conditions and transactions. This webinar will highlight how construction industry can catch the trend and upgrade its contract management process through a proper deployment of digital technologies. Join our panel of industry and academic professionals who will discuss, debate and share their wealth of knowledge on this important topic.Brough to you by Heriot-Watt University's Centre of Excellence in Smart Construction.Heriot-Watt University’s Centre of Excellence in Smart Construction (CESC) is committed to advancing industry-led innovations in construction that will revolutionise the way we develop, manage and operate smarter cities.CESC partners with like-minded organisations and government entities to lead the transformation of the Built Environment and development of next generation professionals for the benefit of the economy.
