Community + Connection: A Monthly Beach Gathering To Reset & Heal

Katie is a registered yoga and meditation instructor, holistic health coach, sound healing facilitator and workplace wellness advisor. Her goal is to make whole-body wellness attainable, approachable, and accessible. She is passionate about holistic living and the healing powers of nature as well as using alternative modalities to tap into our deepest and truest self.

This monthly recurring event is a time for you to slow down and reconnect. We will gather on the sand every 3rd Thursday of the month and carve out a special space of connection + healing + community. In this frenetically paced world we so often don&#x27;t give ourselves the time and space to slow down and to tune in. This monthly session is designed to give you permission to slow down as well as the opportunity to make new connections or perhaps foster connections forming deeper relationships. As we gather next to the sea every month we will soak up the healing qualities that mother nature is always emitting while connecting face-to-face. Come as you are, invite friends, family or loved ones to build connection, and come to a healing space. As the facilitator Katie will hold space for you to reset after 30-miuntes of in person human connections. Feel free to bring snacks or beverages for yourself or to share!
