The Gateway

Relax and unwind with us every Wednesday at 6 p.m. with Yoga and Beer! This free yoga class incorporates beer salutations and a live DJ.

<p>The Gateway brings you YOGA &amp; BEER, a weekly event to clear your mind. Our talented yoga instructor will lead this series with a power flow yoga, integrating optional beer drinking postures. All levels of yogis and beer drinkers are welcome. Yoga is free. Beers are $5.</p><p>Classes will be held every Wednesday at 6 p.m. at The Gateway at 16 N Rio Grande St. Located on the street level, behind The Plaza stage.</p>
