Are you interested in using solar to power your home, farm or business? If so, you'll want to join this Solar Training workshop offered by the University of Maryland Extension. The workshop will cover important topics and hands-on training that will help you decide if solar is right for you, and how you can install a solar electric system that will meet your needs. Topics will include:<ul><li>market trends in the solar industry,</li><li>basic principles of solar technology,</li><li>system sizing and design, and</li><li>economics, financing and incentives.</li></ul>DATE: Thursday, April 28, 2022TIME: 5:30 PM - 7:30 PMLOCATION: Allegany College of Maryland - Continuing Education Building (room CE12-14), 12401 Willowbrook Road, Cumberland, Maryland 21502The Continuing Education building is the first building on the right when when entering the campus from the Willowbrook Rd entrance. There is limited parking in front of the building, but additional parking is available at the back of the building.
