If you’re looking for meal and snack ideas to help fuel teen’s athletic performance–both on and off the field-then this class is for you!

: Student athletes, adults of student athletes and coaches, this one , this one hour virtual class, facilitated by a PowerUp Dietitian, will focus on the importance of fueling teen athletes with the right balance of nutrition and hydration to help improve energy, performance and to grow up healthy. 

In this class, you will learn how to:
•	Balance nutrition and hydration to improve energy and performance – on and off the field
•	PowerUp your plate and the importance of timing of meals and snacks (pre- and post-game) 
•	Build your own personalized nutrition plan for the sport(s) you play
•	Find more recipe and meal ideas
