A Conversation with Ally Trebbi on the Benefits of Acupuncture

At PRG we are dedicated to supporting our breast and gynecological cancer survivors from diagnosis through survivorship. Our virtual Coffee Talks take place on Zoom meetings. Zoom meetings can be accessed with your smart phone or computer. Once you register you will receive instructions to register and participate in the live event. You will need to download Zoom on your phone or computer but we want to assure you that it is safe, private and user friendly!This week we are excited to have Ally Trebby join us. She is a Holistic Health Practitioner and a breast cancer survivor. Ally will share her story and answer your questions about acupuncture.Did you know that acupuncture can have the following benefits: Pain reduction Stress and tension relief Increased energy levels Improve digestion Relief from bad habits and addictions Greater sense of overall health and well-being Reduce headache/migraines Boost fertilityAbout our speaker:With over 20 years of experience in the holistic world of medicine, Ally combines her master&#x27;s degree in Chinese medicine with her quest for helping patients improve their health.Her breast cancer story began in early 2017 when she was diagnosed, leaving her lost and unsure of where to go from there.She immediately dug deep into her resources in the field of integrative medicine to curate a treatment plan that combined both conventional medicine, chemotherapy and surgery, with integrative therapies, including acupuncture, natural supplements and herbs, as well as a variable diet. The more she learned and put it into action, the more she realized the need to get this information to other breast cancer patients. She began to craft an easily accessible integrative approach to treatment so more women could benefit from what she experienced, researched, and learned.Ally is dedicated to helping women face the scary and overwhelming journey of breast cancer with a sense of empowerment and hope.Ally brings both heart and humor to all her patients. She wants to help you embrace your strength so you can take action in your own health and wellness.These virtual Coffee Talks are open to any breast and gynecological cancer survivor regardless of location.
