A powerful voice can bring you to your feet. A beautiful voice can bring you to tears. A melodic voice can bring you to the dance floor. A compassionate voice can bring us all together. Be it through song, poetry, comedy, a paintbrush, a musical instrument, or dance, well all have a voice. On February 19th Art Farm at Serenbe will present some of the best in the nation in an ongoing series called VOICE: A Variety Show. Adán Bean is an accomplished spoken word poet, emcee, storyteller, and voice-over talent hailing from the small town of Massillon, OH but has called Atlanta home for over a decade. As a graduate of Morehouse College, Adán has anchored his creative base firmly in the Atlanta arts, culture, and music scene. Recently awarded the 2021 Serenbe Frances Focus Fellowship, Adán Bean has brought his talents to the Kennedy Center in 2020. As a 2019 TEDx speaker and 2017 National Poetry Slam song winner, he’s represented Atlanta on the 2015 and 2017 Slam teams for the National Poetry Slam Competition.Adán also runs the culture site Forth District and hosts The SetList podcast, gearing up for its third season, where he interviews artists and musicians through the prism of their musical influences. His work has been featured on or with companies/brands such as Change.org, TEDx, Habitat for Humanity, SONY Music Group, Def Jam Records, Cash Money Records, The Bert Show, CarMax, Coca-Cola, Cricket Wireless, Delta Airlines, All Def Digital, and more. Adán Bean is working on his sophomore EP due out later this year.

David Perdue is a comedian who has appeared on Kevin Hart Presents: “Hart of the City” on Comedy Central and “Uproarious” on Fuse. David is also an actor appearing in “Love Is…” on OWN and Bobcat Goldthwait’s “Misfits and Monsters” on truTV. He was also selected to tape a set for Kevin Hart’s LOL Network at the prestigious Just For Laughs Comedy Festival is Montréal, Canada. He appeared as one of the 12 most talked about comedians in Atlanta on the first digital cover of ComedyHype magazine. David was selected by Creative Loafing as one of Atlanta’s “People to Watch” in 2017.

Atlanta-based cellist-songwriter, looper, improviser and storyteller, Okorie “OkCello” Johnson’s work centers on themes and expressions of the African Diaspora, his personal truths, a deep love and celebration of women, and a commitment to musical prayer.Drawing upon his experience as a teacher and writer, OkCello immerses his audiences in vivid stories as well as songs, creating a richly layered and transcendent experience.

RareEpiphany - "A uniquely divine revelation of the Most High God” is a poet, songwriter, singer, survivor, and most importantly, mother. A resident of Atlanta, Rare has toured the country with two stage plays and been featured at Bayfest, Montreaux Atlanta Music Festival, Riverbend Music Festival, the Atlanta Jazz Festival, &amp; many more. Some know her as Pamela Best, former lead vocalist for inspirational soul band, KOMPANI, with whom she’s opened for Gerald Albright, Stanley Clarke, Alex Bugnon, and many more. You can hear her rich vocals featured on several albums including Kompani’s 3 CDs, The Nu Flava, Tell Me, and Words &amp; Music. Some know her as just Pam, owner, head chef and food educator for Piphections catering, or as one of the Queens of Poetry, with whom she is a founding member. Rare has published her debut collection of poetry entitled "Of Love...The Poetry of RareEpiphany" in January 2009 and released her 2nd book on February 14th, 2014. She is currently working on 3 additional books of poetry as well as a cook book.

The Goode Stuff Experience was born in 2021 by bandleader, Tiffany Goode. In 2020, Tiffany Goode released her first album, "Today Was A Goode Day," which spent 66 weeks at #1 on Bandcamp for Atlanta Modern Jazz. Her second album "EnterGoodeLactic,” was released in 2021 and released as #1 on Bandcamp for Jazz, Modern Jazz and Fusion Jazz in Atlanta. The Goode Stuff Experience (TGSE) takes you on a Jazz Fusion journey that encompasses various musical influences that are loved around the world such as R&amp;B, Reggae, Go-Go and Hip-Hop. As a relatively new band, TGSE has had the distinct honor to play for several private events throughout Atlanta. In 2021, TGSE featured at “Reggae in the Park” opening the day for the incredible Mumu Fresh. TGSE is blessed to have beautifully and divinely talented musicians that share in this journey with Tiffany. Dope musicians in their own right, Isaiah Floyd brings the rhythm, vibration, funk and foundation with his dynamic drum playing; and Sentaiya brings the color, the texture and soul through her piano playing. Combined with Tiffany's horn playing, together they endeavor to create a unique experience that the audience won't soon forget.
