Manuel Brothers Park

This event is focused on early learners, children of all ages, families, and the professionals who support them. By promoting a variety of educational sessions and holistic health, we commit to building our relationships stronger. The community sessions will be hosted at Manuel Brothers Park in Lead, SD. There, we will gather, learn and build resilience through community connections, mindfulness and movement, literacy, art and intentional focus on holistic health.Gather to Grow is a rich event. By working with educational professionals, yoga instructors, mental health providers, cultural leadership and more, we provide unique experiences for children of all ages, families and our communities!

Please practice mindfully and enjoy the many benefits of practicing yoga at Gather to Grow with CAT Scratch Studios.It is your responsibility to inform your instructor(s) of your limitations before classes begin. LIABILITY WAIVER:I represent and warrant that I am in good physical health and do not suffer from any medical condition which would limit my participation in the classes offered by Gather 2 Grow instructors, CAT Scratch Stuidos or Cary A. Thrall. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding my participation in any of the yoga classes, programs, sessions or workshops. I understand the risks associated with the activities offered by Gather to Grow instructors, CAT Scratch Studios or Cary A. Thrall and I agree to follow all instructions so that I may safely participate in classes, workshops, sessions or other activities. I hereby WAIVE AND RELEASE Gather to Grow instructors, CAT Scratch Studios and Cary A. Thrall from all claims, demands, and causes of action of any kind resulting from or related to my participation in the programs offered at the facility and event. Which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate have or may have by reason of this authorization.In taking part in the yoga classes, workshops, sessions, or other activities offered by Gather to Grow instructors, CAT Scratch Studios, and Cary A. Thrall, I understand and acknowledge that I am fully responsible for any and all risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, which might occur as a result of my participation in the classes, workshops, sessions or other activities. I have read the above release and waiver of liability and fully understand its content. I am legally competent and voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions stated above. PHOTO RELEASE:I hereby GRANT Cary A. Thrall of CAT Scratch Studios, permission to use my likeness in a photograph, video, or any other digital media (“photo”) in any and all publications, including web-based publications, without payment or other consideration.I understand and agree that all photos will become the property of Cary A. Thrall and will not be returned.I hereby irrevocably AUTHORIZE Cary A. Thrall the right to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute photos for any lawful purpose. In addition, I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my likeness appears. Additionally, I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the photo.I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE ABOVE LIABILITY WAIVER AND PHOTO RELEASE.
