Join us for Zumba and group fitness classes, make it personal with a 1:1 session, add our art, craft, and energy healing tools to your repertoire and find your happiest self in our community!HISTORYEstablished in 2016.Talitha Dance started with me, Talitha, trying to keep fitness in my everyday routine and realizing how helpful it is to exercise with others. When I found Zumba, a fitness form that incorporated my love for dance, I not only wanted to be a part of it, I wanted to share it. Over time Talitha Dance has developed into a wellness forum encouraging fitness for the mind, body, and soul.MEET THE BUSINESS OWNERMy inspiration to start Talitha Dance was seeing people like me, with busy lifestyles, trying to get and stay healthy. My holistic approach to wellness in my own life and my desire to give back to the community are unique qualities that drive the direction of Talitha Dance. It's exciting and rewarding to see people finding their wellness groove and enjoying living healthier, and I always look forward to being a part of that process.

Livestream Talitha Dance classes and events

Bringing the same Talitha Dance energy and joy you love straight to your screen. Join our instructors and fellow fitness party animals in our livestream classes and events. **Cameras must be on for livestream events**

Join our livestream 90s dance party themed Zumba workout and bust the happiest sweat you'll get all week *cue Party Rock Anthem by LMFAO*. RSVP and come get these good vibes, either Livestream or On-Demand (cameras must be on for our livestream classes). We're all here to have a good time so no experience is necessary. You will want to wear your sneakers and bring water though. Class starts at 1PM but feel free to sign on early for a meet and greet/catchup with your Talitha Dance instructors, Talitha and Ivelisse. If you can't make it in person, sign up anyway and get the On-Demand copy of the event afterwards so you can relive the party on your own time. The video will only go out to participants who registered.See you on the dance floor!
