The Fiber Garden welcomes you to our workshops, mercantile, and travel tours focused on the fiber arts. Owner Deb Jones is an enthusiastic spinner, dyer, weaver, teacher and travel consultant. From time to time, we also host a music event, featuring the hammered dulcimer. Hospitality is our hallmark!

Multiple weaving classes, from beginner to experienced, offered concurrently to help you meet your learning goals.

The Fiber Garden

Multiple weaving classes will be offered concurrently and student starting times will be staggered on the first day.  You will be asked to select which workshop you&#x27;d like to register for on the registration page. Please view the descriptions on the &quot;<a href="http://www.fibergarden.com/newsite/workshops/weaving/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Weaving Workshops</a>&quot; page and note that we do not teach rigid heddle during this workshop! The prerequisite for all workshops, EXCEPT beginning weaving, is a beginning weaving class in which you have warped and woven on a harness loom. There is no prerequisite for the beginning class. Workshop fee is $350 plus project materials. In addition, a $15 fee is payable to the instructor for the workshop learning guide. A $65 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit will be due at the time of registration to confirm your space.  The remainder of your fee will be paid at the conclusion of your workshop. (Fees are only refunded if an event is canceled by the Fiber Garden. Thank you for understanding.)COVID-19 policy: All 2022 events are pending due to the pandemic. Until further notice, all participants in Fiber Garden hosted events are required to show proof of full vaccination, including a booster, to participate. There may be additional protocols implemented to ensure maximum safety of participants. Protocols may include masks, distancing, at-home rapid testing. By registering for a Fiber Garden-sponsored event, you agree to comply with any established guidelines. COVID-19 protocols are subject to change at any time as public health guidance is updated. Please understand that this is my personal home. For nearly 25 years it has been a place of retreat and creative space for so many. It must also be a place of safety, for you and for me.
