The Feast is an annual 40-day worldwide spiritual practice immersion—a virtual intensive—during which people of all ages from all traditions make a commitment to practice deeply and expand their awareness. The Feast is observed each year on January 15th and concludes on February 23rd. Tens of thousands of people worldwide participate in the Feast every year.  The Feast aims to offer support for one’s daily spiritual practice and to create a community of people supporting one another. Each year we’d like to increase participation, as peace is obviously a priority on this planet. We make the wide variety of teachings, meditations, and spiritual discourses collected from a myriad of religious and spiritual traditions available to the general public at no cost, 24/7 365 days a year via the website: www.FeastfortheSoul.org. When energy is flowing freely through your chakras (or the energy centers), you can feel more balanced, vibrant, and awake with possibility. On the other hand, when energy is constricted or stuck, we may experience the physical or emotional symptoms of imbalance and disease.The practice of toning, or chanting the mantras for each of the seven main chakras, can help to enliven the flow of energy in the body. Each chakra has a color, a mantra or vibration, and a physical location in the body. Each chakra also governs a core human need. Join Corrine as she guides you through a wonderful practice. A message from Corrine: When I first experienced chakra toning years ago I was amazed at how potent it was. The feeling was similar to when I had meditated with hundreds of people on an extended retreat. I became very curious to find out how and why chakra toning was so powerful. The journey took me down many a worm hole as much has been written on the topic. Eventually I recorded a chakra toning CD and started guiding and teaching singing meditation workshops based on the chakras. About Corrine: With a life long voracious thirst for all things spiritual while also being a professional musician, Corrine Champigny found a niche that combined her depth of spiritual knowledge with her musical talents. Leading spiritual destination retreats to Europe, Canada and India, Corrine also tours and performs at New Thought Churches, yoga studios and spiritual seminars where she leads workshops on chanting, meditation and finding happiness within. Corrine has performed her music at events for Deepak Chopra, Denise Linn, Gary Zukav and Jean Houston.
