<p>We have a limited supply of test kits and they must be preordered using this Eventbrite order form and then picked up according to where the form indicates. </p><ul><li>You MUST BE A MALDEN RESIDENT.</li><li>You may ONLY select ONE of the giveaway events for this weekend.</li><li>You are only permitted to register for ONE giveaway ticket per address. </li><li>One ticket allows you to receive TWO test kits. </li><li>You MUST SHOW YOUR TICKET at the event either on your phone or a printed ticket. If you cannot show your ticket, you will be turned away. </li><li>You MUST SHOW some way of proving you live at the address you registered for. </li><li>You must FOLLOW the map for pickup instructions. </li></ul>
