Triumph Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

At PRG we are dedicated to supporting our breast and gynecological cancer survivors from diagnosis through survivorship.Our January 2022 Central Ohio Peer Support event will be at Triumph Brazilian Jiu Jitsu on Saturday, January 29th at 3pm.This female-only class will be led by Dan Siegel, along with assisted instruction from some of the finest local law enforcement officers. This class will focus on the beginning essential movements of the art in addition to fundamentals of self-defense and provide tools learned to practice personal safety.Masks are encouraged. Please plan to wear comfortable clothing during the event for our hands-on instruction. We hope to see you there!
