About Jamal JosefJamal Josef, an Oakland, CA native, was raised in a family of entertainment. With his father as a professional musician and entertainer, he developed the gifts of singing and dancing. Currently residing in Los Angeles, Jamal Josef teaches and choreographs around the L.A. area for different teams and has won various dance competitions. He has worked with Chuck Maldonado for Empire’s Leah Daniels 50th Birthday Bash, Rebbie Jackson, Opening for Eric Benet, Danity Kane’s D. Woods, Dose LeBron James The Musical, CBS/Lexus Artist highlight with Danity Kane’s Dawn Richard, The Ankara Festival, Saturday Night Live, and NBC Season 1 World of Dance. Jamal recently performed for The Stellar Awards Pre-show with The Walls Group. His biggest accomplishment to date is his choreography along with Joe Brown for the iconic Beyonce at Coachella 2018.
