Join us for a soothing workshop designed to make you feel safe in your body and connected to the source of wellness.

Experience an embodiment practice that explores the living moving parts of our body through the art of breath work, mindful movement and dance. Somatic Soul Integration supports the collective on the journey to self-actualization by healing mind, body, spirit and soul. Using a playful body-oriented focus, you will learn about the habits we hold around safety and connection and how they shape our present moment experiences. This 90-minute stress-relieving workshop is designed to make you feel safe in your body and connected to the source of wellness. Misty Powell is a psychologist, Wholistic Reiki Healer and certified yoga instructor. She is also a spiritual healer and yogi mystic who walks the path she teaches guiding others to transform by offering modalities that heal. Misty is an authentic healer that speaks from the heart center. She will take you on a journey back to your inner wisdom in such a way that you are embodied and resilient to external forces. Applying holistic formulas, while teaching you to manifest your best life.
