time to start fulfilling that self-care resolution 😁❤️😁Friday5-7pm WELCOME &amp; INTENTION SETTINGArrive when you can, you will be greeted with champagne and light snacks. Then we will take a moment to talk one on one about your goals for the weekend and journal our thoughts. 7pm Opening Circle7:15 YOGA8pm DINNER AT THE CABINRachel will prepare us a healthy (and delicious!) dinner.10pm FIRESIDE SOCIALLet's continue to get to know each other while enjoying some wine around the fire or in the hot tub. Saturday6am COFFEE AND FRUIT Early risers can enjoy a sit on the back porch or around the kitchen island while we get ready for our day7am YOGAVinyasa flow to wake us up and put us in our best head and heart space 9am BREAKFASTA healthy breakfast prepared and served at our cabin (please let us know of any allergies we should be aware of)10am GUIDED HIKE and MEDITATIONour awesome local guide, April, will take us in a beginner friendly hike through Broken Bow State Park then Rachel will lead us in a creekside meditation sessionNoon LUNCHPrepared and served at our cabin2pm Afternoon Yoga Flow3pm-7pm CANOEING AT BEAVERS BENDWe will journey together to the river for a breathtaking beautiful and relaxing ride through the mountains and trees of Beavers Bend. This is a beginner friendly activity where life jackets are provided, only from an abundance of safety. 8pm DINNER AT THE CABINRachel again prepares us a lovely, light dinner 9pm CANDLELIGHT YOGA NIDRA AND SOUND BATHThe ultimate in relaxation, Yoga Nidra is a deep meditative state that will leave you feeling like a million bucks. The healing vibrations of the singing bowls are felt throughout your energy body and can stimulate and balance your chakraSunday6am COFFEE &amp; FRUIT7AM YOGAVinyasa practice with a focus on gratitude9am BREAKFAST10am Closing Circle11AM GOODBYESAll good things must come to an end, and so shall our weekend. As we pack our bags, we are also taking with us memories (and friendships) that will last a lifetime.

BABOUT OUR HOSTMy name is Rachel Burnett. I am a native of Texarkana Arkansas, a mom, and a Yoga teacher for over 10 years. As a former body builder, Yoga started as a way for me to relieve muscle soreness from my weight training but it wasn&#x27;t long until I saw much more than physical benefits. Almost right away I saw my stress and anxiety melting away, I felt more connected, and the depression symptoms I had experienced for many years lightened. I went for my first Yoga training in 2010 so that I could share my love for the practice. Since then I have owned my own Yoga studio, taught thousands of classes, continued my training, and deepened my own practice. After selling my studio 6 years ago, I moved to Broken Bow Oklahoma. The magic of the mountains, lakes, and rivers was healing for me. I found peace there and as able to take my spiritual practice to another level. Now that I am back to teaching, I have never been more eager to share my passion. Inspired by the private group classes in the amazing cabin locations I have taught over the last year, I hope to now curate exceptional experiences for my students by offering these retreats in an area that means so much to me, and many others. I hope you can enjoy the spectacular natural beauty, the fun adventures, and the lifelong friends waiting for you.
