Kitty Pemberton-Platt&#x27;s witty, illustrated food diaries lit up instagram with their honest visualisations of what female cyclists eat, on and off the bike. Eat Bike Cook brings these diaries together with over 40 easy and delicious recipes. Kitty, author and illustrator of EBC, will talk about how the book started and the food lessons and advice she&#x27;s learnt on the bike and through writing this book.From professional racers to long distance riders, and all the adventures inbetween, there will be insights and recipes to take away no matter what type of rider you are./////Tickets for this event are £5, and include a complimentary beer, wine or soft drink on arrival.
