Who this anywhere service project is for: Ages 6 - 12.What you&#x27;ll be doing: Join us and Columbus Blue Jackets player, Jack Roslovic, in practicing self-kindness through self-affirmations! Then, children will share kindness with others by assembling 2+ Wellness Kits and making affirmation cheer cards for kids being supported by <a href="https://www.nationwidechildrens.org/specialties/behavioral-health/behavioral-health-pavilion" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Nationwide Children&#x27;s Big Lots Behavioral Health Pavilion</a>. When you&#x27;ll be doing it:This anywhere service project can be done at home, school, or wherever you are! Donations may be contact-free, porch-dropped February 4-6 at a Seeds of Caring volunteer&#x27;s home (in Upper Arlington, Westerville, or Worthington) at one of the addresses provided in the service packet. How it all works:Once you have completed registration, you will receive a confirmation email from Eventbrite with a link to your service packet. This packet includes project instructions, guided discussions and more. If for some reason you cannot access this file, please email programs@seedsofcaring.org for assistance.The meaning-making: Engaging children’s hearts and minds before getting their hands active with service is a vital step in raising caring, compassionate humans. In every Seeds of Caring service packet, you&#x27;ll find quick, easy-to-use guides to support you in leading meaning-making conversations! This project&#x27;s guided discussion focuses on self-kindness. Approximate Cost: $20 for 2 kits (Exact packing list will be included in service packet. Kits will include items such as books, fidget toys, and journals.)Why you&#x27;ll be invited to donate:Every time we&#x27;re able to design, coordinate, and offer an opportunity for kids to give back, it&#x27;s with the help of supporters like you. Please consider making a generous gift to help us continue to empower kids to create a kinder community with their hearts, hands, and minds.
